# Chainlink extends tokenized stock pricing through weekends, with Aave as launch partner

*Chainlink launched its 24/7 price feed service for tokenized stocks, commodities and other assets, with Aave adopting the feeds for its Horizon platform.*

Chainlink launched Chainlink 24/7, a service that extends tokenized stock, commodity and other traditional-asset prices through weekends and market holidays, with Aave as the launch partner.

[CoinDesk reported](https://www.coindesk.com/tech/2026/10/28/chainlink-adds-weekend-pricing-for-tokenized-assets-with-aave-as-launch-partner) the launch on October 29, 2026.

The service uses regular and extended trading session data while markets are open, then switches to a reference built from quotes on multiple perpetual futures venues when exchanges close. It filters stale inputs and limits outlier prices so each asset has one continuous price series. The off-hours price reflects derivatives trading rather than trades on closed exchanges.

Before the launch, on-chain applications holding tokenized stocks had to pause, rely on the last available price, or build their own systems during market closures. Lending protocols can now take the prices as on-chain Data Feeds. Trading platforms and prediction markets can use Data Streams, which update faster and indicate which market session is live.

In January 2026, Chainlink added 24/5 pricing for U.S. stocks and ETFs covering pre-market, regular, post-market and overnight sessions. The company says weekday pricing covers more than $1.6 billion in tokenized stocks.

Aave Horizon, built on Aave Protocol version 3.3, lets qualified investors borrow stablecoins against tokenized real-world assets, according to Aave Labs.

Agents and protocols that trade or lend against tokenized stocks around the clock now have a weekend price to act on.
